What We Do

Rogue Baseball Performance is dedicated to high-level skill and personal development in both individual and small group settings. Our ultimate goal for our players is more than just seeing improvement in the areas of hitting, pitching, throwing and defense, but more importantly in the understanding of themselves as a player and the ownership of their own baseball career.  Through the processes of working to build elite level skills, players here gain the ability to think for themselves and fully understand truthful principles, as well as understand what individual styles; cues, drills and mindsets work for them.

Rogue Baseball instructors and coaches are lifelong learners, who prioritize the continuation of their baseball education on a daily basis through research, communication with other experts, and trial and error with our athletes.  Our instructors are dedicated to working through processes with each player, and present all information with scientific and visual evidence to back them.  While we rely and build upon tried and true methods, we also have the ability and freedom to create new ways of thinking and working at a moments notice in order to help a player through any given process.  It is this freedom to experiment that allows us as coaches to learn and grow, and foster the same patterns in our players.

The Colorado Rogue Baseball Club is an 18U summer and fall team, providing elite instruction as well as high-level competition and opportunities for its players to play at the next level.  Colorado Rogue operates with a college baseball mindset, helping players to both grow as players and as young men.  The summer and fall seasons are spent prioritizing both training and competing, rather than overscheduling games and neglecting guided practice.  Weekdays are spent in the weight room with the state’s premier strength and conditioning program at PUSH Performance, as well as doing focused small group work in the cage, on the field and in the bullpen with Rogue coaches.  Additionally, players are guided through the recruiting process as they pursue opportunities to continue their baseball careers at the college level.

Rogue Baseball Performance aims not just to assist players and their families presently, but to be a resource for the rest of their baseball careers.
